Article one – State of the Car

The car is delivered in perfect running conditions.

The car shall be returned in the same condition, otherwise the renter will have pay returning in to a proper state.

Article Two – Mantenance and Repairs

Our company is responsible for normal mechanical wear and tear. All repairs artising out of either anormal wear and tear or neglicence on the part of the renter or an acidental cause will be carried out by us but will be paid by responsability of our company shall never be claimed even in case of acident to persons or things having arisem from constructionanl defects or previous repairs.

Article Three – Rental Extetion

Prices of rental are fixed by rates in force. In order to avoid any descussion and fot cases where the renter wants to retain the car for a duration greater than the one indicated in is letter, he must, after having obtained approval from our company, sent the cost of the additional hire, 24 hours, before expiration of current rental, under penalty of being the object of judiciary procceding or embesslement of the car or abuse trust.

Article Four – Insurance

The rates include a public liability and cover passengers of the car up to. The hirer is held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the car, as well as days of immobilisation according, with the class of the car consoant with the rates in first colunm our rate.

Article Five – Return of the car

The renter formaly under takes not to abandon the car.

In case of material impossibility, the car shall be returned at the expense and thourght attention of the renter, remaining due until return of the car.

Article Six – Responsability

The renter reamis sole person resposability for lines infringements and summonses taken out against him.

Article Seven – Competence

In case of any ligigation, only the courts of Ponta Delgada are competent deal and to resolve.

Article Eigth – Refunds

Rental returns before ending time will not be refunded.
